  • Regarding Board Examinations to be held in July 2020 due to COVID Pandemics

    1. The examination of only regular students of 6th semester of Diploma Courses and 2nd year D. Pharmacy are tentatively scheduled in Mid July. No student shall be allowed to appear in any of the reappear subjects. Mercy Chance is also not allowed.
    2. Hostels shall not be opened for students during examinations.
    3. The Mode of Examination will be conventional and all norms of social distancing, sanitizations etc. as notified by MHA, Government of India and State Government will be followed strictly by all Institutes.
    4. To minimize the movement of students, all the institutions are hereby directed to facilitate the students of 6th semester of Diploma Courses and 2nd year Pharmacy by online accepting their PCA / Examination Forms through digital modes like Email etc.
    5. The students should also be allowed to online submit their Examination Fees in the bank account no. of the institute for which details of institute’s bank account (Account No., IFSC No., Name of Bank & Branch) is to be shared by the institute with the students.
    6. The facility to submit the PCA / Examination Form as well as Exam Fees of Rs. 350/ per student through digital mode must be conveyed to all students as well as displayed on the Notice Board and website of the institution.

  • Regarding the regular students from outside Haryana, following clarifications may please be noted
    Notice Dated 17th June 2020

    1. For the regular students of 6th semester of Diploma Courses / 2nd year of Pharmacy from outside Haryana, Students can opt to appear for examination.
    2. If the students can not appear in the July 2020 Board Exams due to COVID pandemics, average of all previous examinations will be taken. Later on such Students can improve their theory marks (awarded on average basis) by appearing in next examination only.
  • It is informed that PCA form must be filled along with exam fee (Rs. 350/- per student) by all regular students of final semester / final year whether student can appear in exam or not because of being out of state or out of district. Result of all the final semester / final year students is to be processed and declared whether on average basis or actual performance in the exam.

  • Uploading of internal marks of theory and practical subjects of 4th Sem, 6th Sem & 1st year Regular students including Pharmacy (1st & 2nd Year)

It is informed that

  1. PCA portal for uploading subject-wise marks of Sessionals (Internal theory marks and Internal practical marks) of all Regular students has now been activated.
  2. You are required to upload Internal Practical marks and External Practical marks of 1st year. External Practical marks to be uploaded on the basis of attendance, viva, performance in lab etc.
  3. Regarding Diploma in Pharmacy, Subject wise marks of internal theory, internal practical and external practical are to be uploaded by the institute (both for 1st year & 2nd year D. Pharmacy).
  4. Before uploading, must download the latest build of PCA Application (New) from hsbte.com
  5. For uploading the marks of Pharmacy (1st year & 2nd year) and for other Diploma Courses (1st year), click the link “Marks” and then click sublink “External Practical” (see Screenshot-I ).
  6. For uploading the marks of 4th & 6th Sem. of Diploma Courses (except Pharmacy), click the link “Sessionals” and then click sublink “Sessional (Current Exam)” (see Screenshot-II ).
  7. The required data must be uploaded upto 4:00 pm on 01.07.2020.
  • Reference : Email dated 29.06.2020 regarding uploading of internal marks
    It is intimated that last date for uploading the internal marks is hereby extended upto 03.07.2020. All institutions must ensure the complete and accurate uploading by the due date and no further opportunity shall be given.

  • Uploading of PCA of regular & reappear students including mercy chance for end semester Exams.
    Notice date 03 July 2020

    1. As per decision of State Govt. vide order dated 23.06.2020, no exams of any Diploma Course shall be held.
    2. The institutes must upload the PCA forms of all students (except Pharmacy as per PCI instructions dated 09.04.2020) for regular and reappear subjects including Mercy Chance. The result of only those students shall be declared whose PCA / Examination Forms is uploaded by the institution.
    3. To minimize the movement of students, all the institutions are hereby directed to facilitate the students of Diploma Courses by accepting their PCA / Examination Forms online also through digital modes like Email etc. as was already conveyed vide email dated 15.06.2020.
    4. No Examination Fee is to be charged from the students for filling the PCA forms.
    5. The PCA portal will be activated today w.e.f. 2:00 pm. The PCA forms must be uploaded upto 10.07.2020.
    6. PCA form beyond the last date shall not be accepted due to shortage of time as result is to be processed urgently for so that the students can seek further admissions.
  • Clarification reg Uploading of PCA of regular & reappear students including mercy chance for end semester Exams

    In continuation to this office trail email dated 03.07.2020 on the above subject, now it has been decided that PCA for reappear subjects of D.Pharmacy (1st Year reappears as well as 2nd year reappears) are also to be uploaded on PCA application and therefore last date to upload the PCA for all diploma courses (regular / reappears of regular batches, passout batches of 2014, 2015 & 2016 and mercy chance batches of 2011, 2012 & 2013) is hereby extended upto 15.07.2020.
